In this 4-6 month 1:1 mentorship program we will take a deep dive into the intricacies of your food and body relationship.

We will address your self-limiting beliefs, repressed emotions, and nutrition & lifestyle habits to get to the root of your struggle.

  • We dive into somatics and parts-work to set the foundation for your program and understand where you are being called to grow. These sessions help you understand your relationship with your Self.

  • With an eating psychology lens, we will explore how personal life factors are interwoven in your struggles with food and body.

  • Apply an integrative nutrition and lifestyle approach to create a sustainable plan that directs you to your goal. You will learn how to create sustainable eating practices that leave you feeling satiated and satisfied.

  • What is a ‘somatics session?’

    ‘Somatics’ comes from the Greek word, Sōmatikós, meaning of the body.

    In a somatics session, I will guide you into a meditative state to feel where the emotional charges are held in your body, then bring consciousness to the emotions and sensations, and release them safely.

    The simple goal is to understand the way you hold onto experiences in the body.

    What are ‘parts?’

    ‘Parts’ refer to the different aspects of ourselves that make up our psyche.

    What is ‘internal family systems (IFS)?’

    Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative tool that conceives every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts lead by a core Self.

    How you engage and experience with the act of eating.

    What is a ‘food & body relationship?’

    Food and body are inherently paired because what we eat plays a role in how we feel and connect to our bodies. How you connect to food is related to how you connect to your body.
